Martaş Automotive's growth and development in every field also manifests itself in terms of qualified employees. As of 2020, Martaş Automotive has reached 450 employees, and this number is expected to approach 550 in 2021. Martaş Automotive, which builds its growth and development-oriented vision on its qualified employees, adopts the principle of adopting the discourse of "Being Martaş" and other company values by all its employees.

In line with this principle, Martaş Automotive started to celebrate its 40th anniversary with its employees, the most important actors of its success story. With the fourth Martaş Academy organization held on January 11-12, 2020, Martaş Automotive employees came together in Abant, one of Turkey's most important natural beauties.

At the Martaş Academy event held in Abant, employees had the opportunity to experience the discourse of "Being Martaş" together for two days and to have fun with various activities. Within the scope of the event; Martaş Automotive founder Hadi Özalp, General Manager Ziya Özalp, Board Member Cem Baver Özalp and department managers made special speeches for the 40th anniversary. Afterwards, some employees were awarded with plaques for their long years of service. On the first day of the event, Çetin Yılmaz, former head coach of the Turkish Basketball National Team, gave a lecture to the entire team on topics such as companies being a team, leadership, productivity and personal development. At the end of the day, all employees renewed their energy with music, karaoke and parties throughout the night. The next day, the team played a team game together, took a walk on Lake Abant, and had a barbecue party, which provided the team with unforgettable memories and motivation.
