Martaş Automotive is proud to break new ground in the sector with Martaş Academy. The first organization of Martaş Academy was held in Bursa in 2018 with the motto of strong communication. After the first organization in Bursa, the second one was held in Ankara with the motto "to a stronger future together" and the Martaş Family came together again.

Martaş Academy, launched by Martaş Automotive with the motto "people first", held its third organization in Istanbul.

Held on 12 - 13 January 2019 in Istanbul, Martaş Academy turned into a big organization with the participation of personnel from many provinces of Anatolia.

The organization started with a barbecue party at the head office on the first day and continued with an event at Ataşehir Watergarden. The presentations made by Ziya Özalp and Cem Baver Özalp on the 2019 vision and organizational structure were followed with interest.

Mr. Hadi Özalp, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Martaş Automotive, caused the participants to experience emotional moments while telling the unknowns from the establishment stage of the company to the point it has reached today at the "Martaş from yesterday to today" event. After dinner, Martaş Automotive employees participated in a bowling tournament and had fun until late into the night.

The second day continued with a Motivation and Teamwork event at Ataşehir Sheraton Hotel. In the presentations and activities prepared by Motivation Coach Nilsen Özbarlas, the message "we are stronger together" was given.

At the end of the organization, Chairman of the Board of Directors Ziya Özalp said in his motivational speech: "As Martaş Automotive, we aim for employees who adopt the values of the Martaş Family, have a leadership vision, have a spirit of social responsibility, and have a high awareness of teamwork." and continued his words as follows; ' The most valuable capital of Martaş Automotive is its strong human resources, namely its employees. Martaş Academy, which made a rapid entry into 2018, will continue the necessary organizations and trainings in 2019 without slowing down. Within the scope of the Academy, employees are provided with professional support such as corporate trainings and foreign language courses, which continue regularly every week . Martaş Automotive aims to ensure that all its employees adopt the values of the Martaş Family, have a leadership vision, have a spirit of social responsibility, have a high sense of teamwork and adopt the awareness of being a Martaş employee.
