Martaş Automotive, which meets the spare parts needs of a very wide geography from Turkey to Europe and Central Asia, celebrated its 35th anniversary in the sector with more than a thousand business partners from all over Turkey under the name AUTO MARTASHOW event.


Founded in a small shop in Istanbul, Martaş Automotive has become one of the global players in the global automotive spare parts industry. The celebration ceremony, which was held at the newly opened Gebze Logistics Center with the slogan "Let Us Be Another Part of You," was supported by the company's business partners such as Federal Mogul, Gates, Mann Filtre, KYB, NGK, Rapro, Schaeffler Group.
 
Martas Automotive General Manager Ziya Özalp, who made the opening speech, thanked more than a thousand business partners participating in the organization and gave information about Martaş Automotive and AUTO MARTASHOW organization.


Ziya Özalp said that they wanted to introduce the Gebze Logistics Center, which came to life in February 2015, to their business partners under the name of "AUTO MARTASHOW" and added, "We wanted to come together with you under the roof of our company Martaş Automotive, which took its first step 35 years ago, grew with the efforts of us and our dear colleagues and with your trust, we wanted to unite and thank you face to face. As you all know, Martaş Automotive is leaving behind its 35th year in the automotive spare parts sector under the Chairman of the Board of Directors of my dear father Hadi Özalp and more importantly with his experience. Our esteemed father, who made belonging, trust and stability, the most important values of the notion of 'family', the unchanging vision of Martaş Automotive, is followed by me, my dear brother Cem Baver Özalp with his international vision and experience in institutionalization, automation and technological studies in the new generation."


Stating that Martaş Automotive celebrated its 35th anniversary by preserving family values such as stability, loyalty and trust in the Turkish automotive spare parts sector, which has a size of six billion dollars, Ziya Özalp said, "As Martaş Automotive, we aim to increase our investments in the sector and maintain our pioneering role in 2016 by focusing on sustainability, automation and technology in our investments. As a close follower of new technology and trends, we have chosen the family values I mentioned earlier as 'indispensable' for the institutionalization, development and growth of Martaş Automotive. In this process, we determined our organizational structure with this vision and gathered more than 150 colleagues working in our Gebze Logistics Center in 6 main units."


Ziya Özalp said, "While talking about a 35-year-old valuable organization, which we guess is as important for you as it is for us, it would be impossible not to thank our more than 150 national and international suppliers and not to open a separate parenthesis to our business partners who are with us today with their support" and added, "I would also like to thank KYB Shock Absorbers, Mann Filters, Gates, Rapro, NGK, Schaeffler Group, Federal Mogul companies, their valuable managers and all their employees. Our valuable business partners took their places in the hall with great excitement to come together with you at their stands."
